Our Faculty

Jillian Crosby, CEO, Dance Instructor

Jillian is the dance and conditioning instructor here at DBG Academy. With a sixteen-year background in dance training, she is very experienced in these fields. Ms. Crosby has been involved with Dance Arts by Maria Inc. as a performance team dancer for 5 years and a competition team dancer for 4 years as well as a nutcracker dancer with the Miami City Ballet for 3 years. In her studies at this studio, she also has worked the front desk as secretary and choreographed many winning solos for the studio. Within her high school, she was a part of the Barron Collier marching band for 3 years and was Captain of the dance team and auxiliary her junior year. She is currently the dance coach for middle school and varsity high school at First Baptist Academy Naples and will be finishing her senior Competition season at Dance Arts.

Lola Torres, CMO, Baton Instructor

Lola Torres is the instructor for the little majorettes. She has been twirling for six years and started in the sixth grade. It was the best decision that she has made. At the beginning of her twirling career, she started with the Pine Ridge Twirlers. They performed at the Collier County Fair, Parades and the Christmas Walk. When she started High School she was the only freshman to try out for the The Barron Collier Majorettes. Lola made it on the line and loved it ever since. Her sophomore year she auditioned for the role of Majorette Captain. She loves being Majorette Captain and loves being able to teach and lead her team.

Alexandra Tomodan, CFO/COO

Alexandra is the financial officer and operations officer for DBG Academy. She manages all monetary factors and helps keep DBG Academy in the budget and makes sure everything is paid for in a timely manner. Ms. Tomodan is certified in Quickbooks 2016 and Photoshop 2015. She has had leadership experience as the girls varsity high school golf team captain junior year. You will more than likely see her running around organizing and decorating the academy and holding a bunch of papers that are to be made into a list.
